Common questions before you start

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Payments are processed through Stripe. You can cancel directly from your account at any time — no support ticket needed, no cancellation fees.

Do I need a credit card for the free trial?

No. The 2-week trial requires no credit card. Just create an account and start managing up to 5 devices right away.

What happens if I go over 250 devices on the Technician Plan?

You can add extra 100-endpoint packs for USD 49/month each. On the Technician Plan, additional devices can only be added through these packs — the standard per-device rate does not apply. There are no service interruptions when you exceed the included limit.

Can I activate the Device Plan with fewer than 150 devices?

Yes, but not through automatic checkout. For fewer than 150 devices, submit a support ticket for manual validation. Self-service activation for the Device Plan starts at 150 devices.

Is the price the same in every country?

Yes. Billing is in USD and the price is the same worldwide. There are no regional surcharges.

How many technicians does the Technician Plan cover?

The Technician Plan is priced per technician. If you have two technicians, you need two licenses. Each license includes its own 250 devices and additional packs are independent per license.

Which operating systems are supported?

The Lunixar agent is available for Windows and Linux. On Windows you get full access: monitoring, remote access, scripting, patch management, and Windows Defender actions. On Linux, the agent provides inventory.

What does the free trial include?

The trial lasts 2 weeks and includes up to 5 devices with full access to all platform features. No credit card required to get started.
